I brought my Rav4 to you to check my transmission. You gave me the Technical Bulletin #1026 stating that my power-train control module was under warranty for 8 years or 80,000 miles. I called Toyota Consumer Affairs. After long patient discussions, they replaced the computer.
I’m writing to thank you. I’m living on a disability fixed income. It was very considerate of you to give me the information. I really appreciate your kindness.

Just a short note of thanks to you and your staff for going beyond the “call of duty” to find a perplexing electrical problem on my car. I fully realize this is not a repair that Leon’s generally performs which makes it all the more appreciative to me. My compliments also to Omar for his trouble-shooting expertise. Rest assured any of my transmission work in the future will be directed to Leon’s. You run a “class act” there.

Thank you for your commitment to get the job done right and to please the customer. When I wanted an improvement to my transmission repair, you listened, you reevaluated and you responded. Even though the transmission was basically working and safe to drive, you took my 15 year old Infiniti back in and worked on it big time until I was satisfied. And now to me, and I drive it every day, it is shifting beautifully in all situations as it goes automatically to higher gears and as it is downshifted manually to slow down. Leon’s Transmission’s reputation is well deserved. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Leon’s.

One of the problems associated with aging is having to maintain a car. When a problem arises, who do you take it to? Who can you really trust to do good work, honest charges, respect for the client? I am very happy with the job you did on my car. Although you dealt primarily with my husband, Dan, it was my car. I’m the hot rod driver in the family & it was with trepidation I gave my car to you in submission to my husband’s purse. (The dealer wanted twice what you charged.)

A few weeks ago we were in your shop with our R.V. getting the transmission replaced as it went out on the grapevine on our way to Arizona.
Just to let you know that the new transmission worked exactly as it should have and we ran into no more problems. Your directions to get us on the proper road again were perfect and we had no problem finding our way.
When we were leaving, I felt that we had picked a good shop. You can do things fast. You can do things cheap. You can do things right. But you cannot do all of them together. We feel that you did things right, which is the most important. You did not send us out with a transmission that would break soon, made sure that everything was correct, and kept us informed about the progress and what was happening. We have run into other people that have dealt with your outfit and your reputation is very good.
Again, thank Steve and the other techs that stayed overtime to get us out that second day. We know they did not have to do that and it was greatly appreciated. Also thank that lovely secretary that let (us) into the R.V. while work was going on and also stayed over to get all the paper work done.
Hope the insurance has come through as well as you guys and again thank you.
